Returns & Exchanges
Can I return or exchange my order?
Most items purchased from Jithhub.com are returnable within the return window period i.e 24 hours from placing the order; except those that are explicitly identified as not returnable.
How does your order return process work?
In case of submitting a return application, We will carry out verification checks and the return will be processed only if:
It is determined that the product was not damaged while in your possession.
The product is not different from what was shipped to you.
The product is returned in original condition (with brand’s/manufacturer’s box, MRP tag intact, user manual, warranty card and all the accessories therein).
Can I Return Items Directly To A Store?
No. Return items will be collected by the delivery partner within 2 business days from the day of placing the return submission.
Do you Ship Internationally?
No, We only ship inside India.

How did my package ship?
Once order has been placed and payment made, Delivery partner will be sending you delivery status via email or sms on your registered email or mobile phone number.
How long will my package take to arrive?
It depends on your location. An approximation can be known from our website agent prior to confirmation of the order placement.
What are business days?
Normal business working days are Monday through Saturday, with only exception being Second Saturdays of every month and special holidays, Festival holidays.
How do I know my package has shipped?
Once shipped , Delivery partner will be sending you delivery status updates via email or sms on your registered email or mobile phone number.
